Cute and cozy! Great two bedroom starter home or retirement couple! Solid little house at 681 square feet with large living room and eat-in kitchen. Newer backsplash in the kitchen and lot's of counter and storage space. The livingroom has plenty of natural light and would accommodate larger furniture if need be. The two bedrooms are both good in size and have windows facing the backyard. A full four piece bathroom then completes the main floor. The partially finished basement has a very large laundry/utility area as well as a cold room. There is an additional rec room area that would be perfect for extra company or larger gatherings. No more brushing off the car from snow...enjoy the parking in a garage all winter! Sit back and enjoy the backyard from your beautiful gazebo...no more bugs! There is also a utility room attached to the garage (13.3 x3.3) perfect for yard equipment as well as a storage shed. This is a nice solid home...don't miss out on this one!
