12 Pauls Path

119' of WATERFRONT ON LAKE LAC DU BONNET! Very few cottages/homes come available on the lake. This unique waterfront lot has undergone many upgrades over the last 5 years. New flooring, doors, windows, spray insulation in crawl and new water cistern in 2014 (there is also a summer line from lake), new kitchen and bathroom in 2017, new shingles and some decking and railings in 2018. All the major stuff has been done! This western facing property enjoys amazing sunsets from your choice of decks or from the waterfront sun room. No weeds here because of bedrock, great depth at dock, minimal boating activity on the water (only neighbors going by), unique concrete work at the water. It's never too late in the year to get that special place for your family to enjoy all year long for years to come.
