Oak Bluff/Showings begin now and offers will be considered Wednesday March 7 in the evening. You will fall in love the minute you walk through the door and have peace of mind knowing this is a quality Somerville custom built home. This house was made for family and entertaining with plenty of space for everyone and their friends. Gorgeous wire brushed oak floors through out the main floor living area. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room that divides the master bedroom, 3 piece ensuite and walk in closet from the other 2 main floor bedrooms and 4 piece bath. A 2 season screened in porch off the back of the house that overlooks the back yard as well as the lake. The lower level is fully developed with a huge rec room (projection tv, projector and speakers are staying for you to enjoy!), 2 bedrooms, 4 piece bath and plenty of storage. Why build when you can move right in and enjoy what this beauty has to offer.
