19 Varden Ave

Springfield Rm/Showings start now, offers Tues. Aug 29 at 6:00 pm. This property is so unique it is hard to describe! Built in the 1920's as a clubhouse for a golf course, now a beloved family property used for many years as a home and cottage. The house is a 1231 sf bungalow, with L shaped screened in veranda, living room with 10 x 10 field stone fireplace, dining room, kitchen, rear porch, 4 piece bath, large laundry and storage area, and 3 bedrooms. The garage is a single detached (21 x 14) with an attached workshop (23 x 19). The land is 2.3 acres with mature tall spruce, cedar and evergreens interspersed with moss covered walkways which run the whole perimeter of the property. You can literally go for a walk through the 'forest' on your own property. The East side of the acreage has a large open leisure grassed area with fire pit. This space could also be the perfect spot to build a new home and keep the original house as a guest cabin! This property really does need to be seen to be apiated.
