350 Kilbride Avenue

4D//Winnipeg/SS Now. This cozy bungalow is the perfect place to build some sweat equity and is located on a quiet street! While it does need some TLC (cosmetics and updating), the layout/bones are great! Entering through the front door you are greeted by a large front entrance/mudroom area that flows into the large living room. Just through the living room is the spacious eat-in kitchen that comes complete with the fridge and stove. Also on the main floor is one bedroom and a three-piece bathroom. The lower level of this home has stair access and the previous owner used it as a second seating area - although it is currently unfinished. Outside you will find a large yard that is fully fenced with a beautiful deck in the front, and an oversized storage shed in the back. At this price, you can't go wrong. Cheaper than rent!
